In His letter to the churuch in Laodicea, Jesus reveals that self-sufficiency leads a dangerous condition called “spiritual lukewarmness.” And this lukewarness leave us spiritually poor, blind, and naked. Yet Jesus continues to stand at the door and knock, inviting us to fan the flames of faith and receive the refreshing water of the Spirit as we overome and rule with Him.
